Baked Whole Body Fish Recipe

This may be the easiest, healthiest dinner you can make. With under 5 minutes of prep and 30 minutes in the oven, your whole family can be eating quicker than it takes to order a pizza. 

Many people are intimidating to cook fish at home. But fear not! I will show you my tips and tricks I've picked up that will have you baking fish better than at a restaurant. The key is in the timing. You never want to over cook a fish. Once it begins to flake with a fork, its done. 

Another tip: Measure the thickness of the fish at its thickest point. At 425F  you can aim to cook it 10min for every inch of thickness. 

Ask your fish monger to clean and gut your fish for you. Always ask questions:

1. Is it from a sustainable source. Look for the Ocean Wise certification. 

2. Was it farmed? If so was it farmed organically? Your safest bet is wild for the most nutrients and least amount of pesticides in the feed or antibiotics.
